How do I brew coffee with a Pedrini moka pot correctly?
Fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve. Add medium-ground coffee to the filter basket (do not compress). Assemble and place on medium heat. When coffee starts rising into the upper chamber, lower the heat. Remove from heat when you hear a hissing sound.
